Sara Auhagen moved to Los Angeles from Denmark 11 years ago, with 2 suitcases and a dream, after having won a green card in the lottery. Sara is a Local 705 member and works as a seamstress/tailor for film and TV. Fabric is her addiction and sewing is her living. Form and function is very high on her list, which is why her designs are so useable and wearable.
Sara’s daughter Nova (who is the inspiration for the name of her line) is the perfect model for her handmade items, which she started selling to other mothers at the park. Sara is as excited to sell her items in a boutique setting as we are to have her unique and colorful handmade items here for you to help her build her dream.
